On October 17, a fire extinguishing experiment simulating vehicle fires on car carriers was conducted by Kawasaki Kisen Kaisha, Ltd. On September 24, we gave a lecture entitled “Basic Understanding of Fire-fighting Operation Using a Foam Agent” in Yokohama Maritime Disaster Prevention Base located in Yokohama city, Kanagawa pref., addressed to personnel belonging to 3rd Reginal Coast Guard Headquarters of Japan Coast Guard. As a comprehensive manufacturer of marine fire-fighting systems, we have been working with Japan Coast Guard for years to ensure maritime safety.
